Stress e Ecologia – Stress and Ecology



En un momento de la humanidad que tanto se habla de ecología, reciclaje, energía renovable, sustentabilidad, es importante comprender, que si no somos seres ecológicos, ¡difícilmente podremos criar un sistema más equilibrado!

Es importante tener en cuenta, que cuando estamos estresados, la forma como gestionamos, perdemos y reciclamos  nuestra energía, ¡es muy diminuta!

Dormir bien y descansar (algo que para quien tiene mucho estrés es difícil) es una forma de regenerar nuestra energía física y mental. Hacer cualquier tipo de actividades física, es reciclar y regenerar nueva energía.

La creatividad es un equilibrio que nos permite desenvolver la inteligencia intuitiva, fundamental para el equilibrio de nuestra mente y nuestro cerebro.

La meditación, es una higiene de la mente, es como se reciclamos nuestros pensamientos nuestras emociones, para que podamos estar cada instante mas presentes, más atentos a nosotros propios y a todo e todos que nos rodean.

Si nos encontramos estresados permanentemente es como si cargando un paquete enorme de toxinas, ¡que nos intoxica e intoxica nuestro entorno!

Gestionarnos nuestro estrés, es tratar de nosotros y empezar a tener una consciencia de nuestra responsabilidad con el medio ambiente y con los otros y nuestras relaciones!

At a point in humanity’s development where there is a lot going around ecology, recycling, renewable energy, sustainability, it is important to understand that if we aren’t ecological beings, it will be very hard to crease a more balanced system!

It is important to take into account that when we are stressed, the way in which we manage, lose and recycle our energy is quite limited.

To sleep well and to rest (something that for someone with a lot of stress is very difficult) is a way of recharging both physically and mentally. Any type of physical activity acts as recycling and regenerating our energy.

Creativity is a balance that allows us to develop our intuitive intelligence, fundamental for the balance of our mind and our brain.

Meditation is the hygiene for the mind, it is as if we were recycling our thoughts, our emotions, so that we can be present in each moment, paying more attention to ourselves and to every one and thing that surrounds us.

If we are constantly stressed, it is as if we were carrying a large pack full of toxins that intoxicates us and those around us! 

Manage our stress is to treat ourselves and to start to be aware of our responsibility with the environment, with others and with our relations!
